Our policies

We get it, life happens - sick kids, travel for work, conflict with your appointment. We do ask that you give us as much notice as possible so that we can fill your appointment spot. Our Estheticians are appointment-based and block off a significant amount of time per appointment. 

Below are the policies that we abide by to ensure that IdahoBeautyLounge operates smoothly . We kindly ask that you thoroughly read and acknowledge an understanding of the policies. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns as our mission is to not only make you feel beautiful but to treat you beautifully.

Please Read our policies prior to booking

Cancellations

We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. If you cancel within less than 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service cost.

No-Show Policy

No-shows or failure to contact us via call or text will result in a 100% charge of the total services booked. A credit card is required to be kept on file when scheduling appointments.  

If you are running late

If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notification will result in the cancellation of your appointment, with the full service price being charged.  

Eyelash extensions retention policy

For eyelash extensions, if there is less than 40% of your lashes remaining on each eye, or if it has been more than 4 weeks since your last appointment, a full set will be required.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy so that we can continue providing exceptional service to all of our clients. Please respect the time of our estheticians, just as we respect yours.

Service and Product Pricing

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur; but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and services upon booking your appointment.

Refunds and any issues 

At IdahoBeautyLounge, we do not offer refunds on any services, gift certificates, gift cards, or skincare products purchased directly from us or ordered through us. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns with your service, please let us know within 48 hours, and we will gladly work with you to address and correct the issue. Our goal is to ensure you leave feeling confident and happy with your experience at IdahoBeautyLounge.

We respectfully ask all clients to recognize and agree that when any appointment is scheduled at IdahoBeautyLounge, the aforementioned policies are understood by the client and applicable upon booking. Directions on how to find us 

IdahoBeautyLounge is located at 875 E Plaza Dr ID STE 102, Eagle, ID 83616. It is inside of the Crunch building, our front door to the shop is to left side of the gym's front door and to the right of Physical Therapy office. Please know that parking can be tricky in this area. Please arrive with enough time to find parking, and to make it to the studio. If you have any issues finding us please give us a call or ask the front desk at Crunch to direct you to the right spot

Payment policy

At IdahoBeautyLounge, we accept Cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Debit/Credit cards. A credit card is required to secure your appointment at the time of booking, and full payment is due at the conclusion of your service. Please note that payments made with Debit/Credit cards will incur a small service charge. To avoid this fee, we strongly encourage using Cash or Venmo. Additionally, if you do not show up for your appointment, the full price of the service will be charged. Please review our full cancellation policies aboce.

Children and extra guests 

Please make proper arrangements for childcare during your visit, as IdahoBeautyLounge does not permit any child under the age of 10 in the studio. We love your children, but we value your relaxation and want to ensure you have the best experience possible. Additionally, we prefer no extra guests during your appointment to maintain a calm and focused environment. If you need to bring someone with you, please contact your esthetician in advance to discuss arrangements.

Minor clients 

Teens and children under the age of 18 coming in for appointments must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the entire appointment. Additionally, all intake forms and consent forms for minors must be signed by their parent or guardian before any service can be performed. We take extra care to ensure the safety and well-being of our younger clients, and we appreciate your cooperation in this process.

Shipping and Delivery

At this time, Idaho Beauty Lounge ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Idaho Beauty Lounge ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
